How we protect your account, your mailbox, your leads and the companies you contact. In plain words, with nothing hidden in the small print.

Your account

  • Passwords are never stored. We keep only a one-way scrypt hash with its own random salt.
  • Two-step login with any authenticator app, plus one-time backup codes.
  • Or sign in with Google or Microsoft. That sign-in gives us your name and email, nothing else.
  • An email when someone signs in from a new device, and limits on wrong passwords.
  • See where you're signed in and sign out everywhere else with one click.

Your mailbox

  • Outlook and Microsoft 365 connect through Microsoft's own sign-in. We never see your password.
  • Other providers use an app password, which you can delete any time. The connection stops right away.
  • Access tokens and app passwords are stored encrypted (AES-256).
  • We only work with the emails sent from Noviram Outreach and the replies to them (plus your general address, if you switch that on). Never your files or contacts.

Your data

  • Everything travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
  • Each company's account is kept separate from every other account.
  • Encrypted backups every night, stored in the EU.
  • Deleted something by mistake? It stays in "Recently deleted" for a day.
  • Close your account and we delete your data within 30 days (backups within 90).

AI you stay in charge of

  • The AI writes, you decide. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
  • Every company keeps a sealed email record: the AI's draft, your edits, who approved it and exactly what was sent. Entries can't be changed afterwards.
  • Our AI provider (OpenAI) doesn't use the data we send through its API to train its models.

Respect for the people you email

  • Every email carries an easy opt-out line and your company's postal address, as US law (CAN-SPAM) requires.
  • Unsubscribes are honored automatically and go on a do-not-contact list for your whole team.
  • Addresses are checked before sending, and sending pauses by itself if too many emails bounce.
  • Our website reader identifies itself and respects robots.txt. How it works

Payments

  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never reaches us.
  • Cancel any time in the app. Cancel within 7 days of your first payment, having used little, and it's refunded in full automatically.

Made by a small team in Budapest

Noviram Outreach is made by Noviram Digital Kft., a software company in Budapest, Hungary, founded by Christopher Czine. We first built it to find customers for our own company, then turned it into the tool we wished we'd had: one that does the research and the writing, and leaves the decisions to you.

As an EU company we follow the GDPR, one of the strictest privacy laws in the world, for every customer, wherever you are.
