Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business that creates an account — "you", the "Customer") and Noviram Digital Kft., Hungary (registered office: [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company registration number: [CÉGJEGYZÉKSZÁM], tax number: [ADÓSZÁM]) — "Noviram", "we". By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.
1. The service
Noviram Outreach helps businesses find other businesses, research them using public information, write personalised emails with the help of AI, send those emails from the Customer's own mailbox, follow up and manage replies (the "Service").
The Service is for business use only. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business. You're responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your login safe.
2. Free trial
New accounts can research up to 10 companies for free after confirming their email address. Sending emails requires a paid plan. One free trial per business; we may refuse or withdraw a trial if it's being misused (for example through multiple or disposable accounts).
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe. They renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where required.
- One credit is used for each company the Service researches and writes to. Companies where no email address is found are not charged, and researching the same company again is free.
- Monthly plan credits that you don't use roll over to the next month once, then expire. Credits from credit packs don't expire while you have an account, and can be used while you have an active paid plan.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time in the app. Upgrades apply immediately (charged pro rata); cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, we may pause sending until it's settled. Your data stays available.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next billing period after the notice.
4. Sending emails: your responsibilities
Emails are sent from your mailbox, in your name, to recipients you choose. You are the sender and you are responsible for your outreach being lawful. In particular you agree to:
- contact businesses only, for genuine business purposes, and only where the law of the recipient's country allows it (for example the GDPR and ePrivacy rules in the EU, PECR in the UK, CAN-SPAM in the USA);
- review emails before sending and not send anything misleading, false or offensive — AI can make mistakes, and what is sent is your decision;
- honour every opt-out request and never remove the opt-out line the Service adds;
- be able to tell recipients where their data came from, and answer their privacy requests;
- follow the rules of your email provider (such as Google, Microsoft or your email host).
5. What's not allowed
You may not use the Service to:
- send bulk unsolicited email, upload bought or rented contact lists, or contact private consumers;
- send phishing, malware, scams, or anything illegal, deceptive, hateful or harassing;
- promote illegal products or services, or impersonate anyone;
- get around the Service's sending limits, warm-up, bounce protection or opt-out handling;
- resell the Service, share accounts, or create several accounts to use more free trials;
- interfere with the Service, try to access other customers' data, or copy or reverse-engineer it.
We may pause sending, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, puts other customers or our infrastructure at risk, or receives serious complaints — where possible after warning you. If an account is closed for a serious breach, fees already paid are not refunded.
6. Your data
You own your data — your leads, emails, replies and settings. You give us permission to use it only to provide and improve the Service for you. You can export it at any time. When you close your account we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Data processing terms (GDPR Article 28)
For personal data of your prospects and other contacts that you process with the Service, you are the controller and Noviram is your processor. Noviram:
- processes that data only on your documented instructions — these terms and your use of the Service — for as long as you use the Service;
- ensures that people with access are bound by confidentiality, and applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures (encryption in transit, encrypted credentials, separation of customers' data, limited access);
- uses the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy, with contracts giving the same protection; we'll announce new sub-processors in advance and you may object by closing your account;
- helps you respond to data subjects' requests and meet your security, breach-notification and impact-assessment duties, as far as the Service allows;
- notifies you without undue delay of a personal data breach affecting your data;
- deletes or returns the data when the Service ends, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- makes available the information needed to show compliance with this section.
Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party services such as your mailbox provider, map providers, AI providers and Stripe. Their availability and rules are outside our control; we're not responsible for their outages or decisions (for example an email provider limiting your mailbox).
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve and change the Service; if we remove a major feature you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.
10. No guarantee of results
We don't guarantee any number of replies, meetings or sales, or that every email reaches the inbox. Research and AI-written text are based on public information and can be incomplete or wrong — always check before sending.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Noviram is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability for any claims in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
You'll compensate Noviram for claims by third parties (for example recipients or authorities) arising from emails you sent or from your breach of these terms.
12. Ending the agreement
You can cancel your plan or close your account at any time. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment, liability and data processing obligations) survive.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For meaningful changes we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance; if you don't agree, you can cancel before they apply.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Budapest, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
