Set these in Settings → Sending → Schedule & limits.
- Emails per day, per mailbox: 15 by default, 50 at most. Every email counts, follow-ups too.
- Sending days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM by default, in each company’s own time zone. A company in California gets its email in California business hours.
- Spacing: emails go out a few minutes apart (4 to 11 minutes by default), like a person sending them.
- Follow-ups: 3, 5 and 7 days apart if they don’t reply. A reply stops them.
Warm-up
New mailboxes start at 10 emails a day and add 2 a day until they reach your limit, so email providers learn to trust them. If a mailbox is already in regular use (older than 3 months, sends and receives every week), you can skip the slow start in Settings → Mailboxes.
Safety pauses
If too many emails from one mailbox bounce, that mailbox pauses itself and you get a notice. Check where those addresses came from, then press Resume sending. Your other mailboxes keep sending.
Need more volume? Add more mailboxes rather than raising one mailbox’s limit. Growth includes 3, Agency 10.
