Emails go out from your own mailbox, with your own name and signature, and replies come back to you. Go to Settings → Mailboxes and type your email address. The exact steps for your email provider appear right there.
Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365
Press Sign in with Microsoft, pick your account and accept. No password needed. If your company uses Microsoft 365, your IT admin may have to allow Noviram Outreach first.
Gmail and Google Workspace
Gmail connects with an app password: a separate password Google makes for one app only. You never give us your real password, and you can delete the app password any time to stop the connection.
- Turn on 2-Step Verification in your Google account (skip this if it’s already on).
- Open App passwords in your Google account, type a name like Noviram Outreach and press Create.
- Google shows a 16-letter code once. Copy it into the app and press Test & connect.
iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho and other providers
Same idea: create an app password in your provider’s security settings and paste it in. The server settings are filled in for you.
Your name and signature
Before approving anything, set your sender name and signature in Settings → Account → Your name & signature. They’re added to the bottom of every email you send.
Want more volume? Add more mailboxes on Growth (3) or Agency (10). New emails are shared between them, and every company stays on the mailbox that wrote to it first. See Sending limits and warm-up.
