In Settings → Mailboxes, every mailbox has a health card with one verdict on top and the one thing to do about it.
| Part | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Domain setup | Whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up on the domain you send from: the records that prove your emails really come from you. For Gmail, Outlook and similar addresses your email provider handles this. |
| Slow start | For a new mailbox, which day it’s on and how many emails it may send today. “Done” once it’s fully up to speed. |
| Last 30 days | Emails sent, the share that bounced and the share that unsubscribed. |
The verdicts
- Healthy: nothing to do.
- Almost there: DMARC is missing. Gmail and Yahoo expect one from senders; ask whoever manages your domain to add it.
- Fix this first: SPF or DKIM is missing. Without it, emails land in spam. Add it before sending more.
- Slow down: 5% or more bounced in the last 30 days (healthy is under 2%). Check where those addresses came from.
- Watch this: 3% or more unsubscribed. More personal emails or a tighter list bring it down.
- Paused: too many bounces, so the mailbox stopped itself. Check the addresses, then press Resume sending.
Bounce and unsubscribe warnings only appear once 20 or more companies were emailed from that mailbox in 30 days, so one bad address doesn’t set them off.
