Noviram Do-not-contact list
In Settings → Sending → Do-not-contact list. Bounces, unsubscribes and “not interested” replies are added automatically. Add an email address or a whole domain to never contact it.
Deleting
- Deleted leads and clients wait in Settings → Your data → Recently deleted for 1 day, so you can bring them back.
- Companies you delete never come back in searches or imports. To allow one again, use Deleted companies on the same page.
Exporting
On paid plans, the account owner can export the contact list of selected leads as a CSV file: on the Leads page press Select, choose leads (or Select all) and press Export CSV.
Closing your account
In Settings → Account → Close account and delete all data. Everything is deleted, your subscription is cancelled right away and unused credits are lost. This can’t be undone.
