Each new company is researched and gets a personal first email plus up to 3 follow-ups. They wait under Leads → To approve until you approve them. Nothing goes out without your approval, unless you turn on Autopilot.
On the company page
- Approve queues the email. It goes out in the company’s business hours, at a natural pace.
- Edit the text directly and press Save edits.
- Rewrite with an instruction like “shorter”, “more casual” or “mention their new location”.
- Notes for your emails: add something you know (from LinkedIn, the news, a call) and press Rewrite.
- Send me a preview emails you the draft and its follow-ups, exactly as the prospect will see them.
- Skip if you don’t want to contact them.
Who the email goes to
The Company tab lists everyone named on their website, each with their own email, phone and LinkedIn when the site shows them. Until the first email goes out, you can switch who it goes to; the greeting changes with it.
Rewrites
The first 3 rewrites of each company are free. After that a rewrite uses 1 credit. On the free trial each rewrite uses 1 credit.
The app learns from your edits. Every few drafts you change and approve, it notes what you always change and writes the next ones that way. See them in Settings → What you sell → What the app learned.
