Companies below your minimum go into Leads as Low fit, and their email isn’t shown. You can still see it with one press (Show the email anyway) or have one written (Write the email anyway).
Change the minimum in Settings → Sending → Advanced (“Write emails only for companies that fit at least”). The default is 55.
If the research can’t find anything specific about a company to open the email with, it says so instead of writing a generic email that would fit anyone.
