Noviram | Status | What it means |

| Researching | Waiting its turn to be researched. |
| Writing your email… | Being researched and written right now. Usually under a minute. |
| To approve | The email is ready for you to read and approve. |
| Low fit | Not a strong match for what you sell. The reason is shown, and you can still see or write the email. |
| Queued to send | Approved, going out in their business hours. |
| Emailing | The first email went out; follow-ups go out if they don’t reply. |
| Finished, no reply | All follow-ups were sent without an answer. |
| Replied | They answered. Their reply is in your Inbox and the follow-ups stopped. |
| Bounced | The email couldn’t be delivered to that address. |
| Unsubscribed | They asked not to be emailed. They’re on your do-not-contact list. |
| Skipped | You decided not to contact them. |
| Waiting for credits | Research starts again as soon as you have credits. |
Filters on the Leads page group these: All open, To approve, Emailing, Calls due, To call, Gone quiet (finished without real interest, worth one more try) and Email problem.
