Calendar and your booking page

Meetings, invites, your own calendar and a link prospects book themselves.

The Calendar shows your meetings, call-backs, to-dos and client next steps. Press New to add a meeting, call or to-do.

Meeting invites

When you book a meeting with a company, they get a calendar invite by email from your mailbox. Save your Zoom, Teams or Google Meet link in Settings → Calendar and it’s added to every invite. You get a reminder 30 minutes before.

Never double-book

In Settings → Calendar → Show your own calendar, paste your calendar’s private iCal link (Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud; the steps are shown there). Your busy times then show in the Calendar and when you book.

See everything on your phone

Subscribe to your private calendar link (in Settings → Calendar) in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, and your meetings, call-backs and reminders appear there and stay up to date.

Your booking page

Turn it on in Settings → Calendar → Your booking page. You get a link where prospects pick a free time themselves; paste it into replies, or let it be offered when someone wants to meet. Only free times are offered: anything in your calendar, your meetings and call-backs are left out. You choose the meeting length, your hours, the gap between meetings and how far ahead people can book.
