Noviram When a company answers, the follow-ups to them stop and the reply shows up in your Inbox. Each reply gets a label (Interested, Question, Referral, Not now, Not interested) and a lead score: 85 and up wants to talk now, 60 to 84 is interested with questions, 35 to 59 maybe later, below 35 unlikely.
Answering
Open the conversation and write your answer, or press Write it for me (optionally saying what it should say, like “confirm Tuesday 11:00”). Edit it and press Send reply. It goes out from your mailbox, in the same thread, with your signature.
From a conversation you can also schedule a meeting (the app reads the emails to find the agreed time), set a reminder to answer, or mark it unread.
Emails to your general address
In Settings → Mailboxes → Inbound address, add your general address (for example info@). Emails people send there show in your Inbox too, marked Inbound.
